Himalaya

A wheat beer/IPA hybrid, this beer is brewed with the traditional Belgian yeast we use for White, and includes an addition of orange rind and coriander to complement the pungent piney bouquet of American Simcoe hops. The grist is roughly 40% raw wheat (like White) so it’s crisp and easy to drink. Medium carbonation.
